This wide-ranging course encompasses all aspects of adapting the school to high European standards. It gives the answer to the question of what it means to be a modern European school. The course has been developed to present opportunities offered by educational programs, their flexibility, and also a wider range of potential benefits resulting from these projects. The better thought-out and planned the concept, the greater benefits will be. Modern European  school it also means multilanguage educational staff. Due to the fact that the course is placed in Spain, additional value is opportunity to learn Spanish language with the native speaker.

  2. How to create a project from needs to project idea;
  3. How to promote collaborative learning and prepare teachers for future European and international projects.

Learning Outcomes

The course will help the participants to understand how to:

  • Create  succesful, modern European school;
  • Create necessary documents for Erasmus Program;
  • Promote collaborative learning on international projects;
  • Design schools’ European cooperation project;
  • Create more attractive school for students in a changing world;
  • Familiarize with basis of Spanish language and culture.

Specifics

  • Activities: all courses include at least one guided city tour and one full-day excursion (usually on Saturday).
  • Certificate: all our courses guarantee a Certificate of Attendance if 90% of the lessons will be attended.
  • Lessons: 21 hours (one week) over 5 days, classes take place in the Morning (9:00 – 13:45) or in the Afternoon (14:00 – 18:45)
  • Price: 400 €

  • Lecture: What does it mean European school?
  • Spanish language 2 hours

Day 2

  • Erasmus Programe and project for schools
  • Workshop: ‘From the needs to the concept of the project’
  • Spanish language 2 hours
  • Excursion

Day 3

  • eTwinning: introduction of the platform, possibilities of international collaboration
  • Workshop: Yoga for children 2 hours

Day 4

  • CLIL methodology on different lessons, How to focus the attention of students during online lesson
  • Visit in school / university / kindergarten (optionaly)
  • Spanish language 2 hours

Day 5

  • ICT in the classroom: Kahoot, Quizis, Google Classroom, how to create Google form etc.
  • Spanish language 2 hours
  • Workshop: Outdoor lesson / school without walles
  • Farewell dinner
